2 way style by Betzy

Here is a way to do style in two different ways. On one side we have the same outfit dressed down with flats. The other side she simply put on heels and It's a completly different outfit. You can wear the flats for the office and the heals for a date. You can even add a sweater to change it up more, but in this weather, who would want to.

How would you wear it?

Expand your closet for free!

How you wonder? Have a swap party! Swap partys are a fun and easy way to expand your closet with out having to spend any money. You can do it with two or more of your friends and find fun creative ways to change it up.

How exactly do you have a swap party?

Get friends. Ask friends with similar taste to yours if they would be interested.
Find someone to host it. Who's house can you do it at.
Guidelines. What can you bring? Clothes, shoes, kitchen items, house items. Ours was only clothes.
Rules.
In our swap party one person went first then we each took a turn. You can also set it up like a shop and hand out tokens depending on how much people brought. Another way to do it is everyone tags the clothes they like and people that like the same clothes can bargain.

Donate the extra stuff. Whatever you don't want donate to your local charity.

Remember to have fun!

Style from Daisy

skirt: forever 21, shirt: Old Navy, shoes: Kohls

Here is day 2 of our blogger style this time from me Daisy. My style is a little bit weirder than the other girls. I like to mix prints and things that really "shoulden't go together". I enjoy solids as well as patterns. I have no specific style, It's always changing depending on my mood or what I see on TV that day. Haha. This is one of my favorite skirts to wear, it can be dressed down with sneakers or dressed up with heels. I really like the pattern and the color.

What is your favorite piece to wear?

We're crazy about...

Our latest craze has been overalls! We can't get enough! We think that this is a timeless trend that even your kids can wear.

What do we love about them? They are comfortable, simple, and go with anything. They are a fashionistas dream. Pair them with sneakers or with with wedges and we're in business. Dress them down or up, the possibilities are endless.

The only problem is we can't seem to find them anywhere. So I guess that means we're going to have to go thrifting! Challenge accepted.

What are you crazy about?

Creative Toolbox

Today we are posting our creative toolbox. We got the idea from TJ at His little lady.

So here are some ways that we like to keep the creativity flowing. Enjoy!
1.//Farmers Market. Nothing like a farmers market to get your creativity flowing. 2.// A walk. One of the best ways to get us going on the ideas. 3.// Dancing. We love to dance, what can we say It's relaxing. 4.//Office. Sometimes you just have to set time aside to really get your creativity going. 5.// The beach. When you live in Southern California of course you're going to the beach for inspiration. 6.// A bike ride. Do we need to say anymore? Bike rides are fun and a little freeing.

What are some things you do to get inspired?
